Notary Services
Signature Witness
$10 for the first document with our professional notary services. It's only $5 for each additional document. If you need mobile notary services for more than three documents, please call us for a flat rate.
Oaths & Affirmations
$10 to administer an oath through our professional notary services. If additional time is required for the oath to be administered during a deposition, the fee is $27 per hour. Please note that all timed mobile notary services require a minimum initial charge of 1 hour.
Acknowledgments
When utilizing mobile notary services, it is crucial to verify that the person signing the document is indeed the individual named in the document and that they are signing it willingly. This ensures the integrity of the process, which is a hallmark of professional notary services.
Attestation of Copies
The mobile notary, as the attesting authority, verifies that the copy is a true reproduction of the original document through professional notary services.
Estate planning documents
Wills, Trusts, and Power of Attorney services are available through our professional notary services. Our mobile notary can assist you for just $27 per hour. Please note, all notary public services require a 1 hour minimum initial charge for services.
Marriage Officiant / Civil Unions
A civil ceremony, performed by a mobile notary, is recognized as a civil ceremony since I am not an ordained clergy member. The fees for my professional notary services, including travel and officiant's time, can be negotiated for a flat rate. Please remember that a valid Florida marriage license is required.
Travel Fee
Travel Fee's
We offer mobile notary services with no travel fee for services needed within a 5-mile radius. For distances between 5.1 - 10 miles, the fee is $15, and for 10.1 - 15 miles, it’s $20. There is a charge of $0.50 per additional mile up to 25 miles. For longer distances over 25 miles, flat rates for professional notary services can be negotiated.
